Frank Pinto, who has been with Big Apple for 14 years, recently solved a problem when a manufacturer prematurely shipped an 8 store chain an order in July that wasn't do to until September.

Frank convinced the customer to keep the order and had the manufacturer give them dating that would coincide with the date the order was supposed to ship.

This was a win-win, as the manufacturer did not have to issue 8 UPS pickups for the merchandise,The stores were able to sell the goods 2 months ahead of schedule,and the best thing was that they reordered in August!!
